C-SPARKZ DIGITAL provides website design, development, AI automation, and related digital services as agreed in a signed project proposal or statement of work with each client.
Project Terms & Payment
Project timelines, deliverables, and payment schedules are defined individually per engagement. A deposit is typically required before work begins, with remaining balances due at agreed milestones.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, clients receive full ownership of the final website, custom code, and design assets created specifically for their project. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal libraries remain the property of the agency.
Revisions
Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately at our standard rate.
Limitation of Liability
C-SPARKZ DIGITAL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered websites or services, beyond the total fees paid for the engagement.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as outlined in the project agreement. Work completed to date will be billed accordingly.
Governing Terms
These general terms apply alongside any specific project agreement. In the event of a conflict, the signed project agreement takes precedence.
